A wise, creative woman that I had dinner with last week told me that I needed to share more of my work here. Here’s a page from my sketchbook. I decided to try out an abstract oil pastel color study drawing on a Strathmore Softcover Art Journal in Toned Gray rather than the stark white pages that I usually use. I like the blues and the outcome on the gray background, even though you can see the indentions that I made on the paper from earlier hand lettering practice.
