I’ve been wanting to sample some treats from Mark Sopchak and Jenna Park‘s Brooklyn confectionery Whimsy & Spice ever since I heard about it from one of my favorite bloggers. Since Mark and Jenna are leaving town this month, they’re having a summer sale until August 12th. What better time to try their delicious Massaman Curry Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies and Chocolate Butterscotch Bars?
Both of these are delicious, but the Massaman Curry Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies really stole my heart…which resides on my tastebuds when I’m eating yummy goodness. These cookies have such a unique blend of sweet and spicy, then there’s the creamy nuttiness of the peanut butter that brings it all together. I love them!
