1. Wheely Bug and Bilibo
My mom chose the most awesome gifts for Nathaniel’s first birthday. I told her that I had no idea she was cool enough to find such wonderful toys!
He loves his Wheely Bug by Prince Lionheart. He’s not riding on it yet, but he pushes it around our living space like a pro.
The second gift that she selected was Bilibo, an awesome toy that relies on imagination for play.

2. ModCloth
If you’re anything like me, actually finding a swimsuit that you don’t hate is priceless. If you’re looking for that coveted needle in a haystack, try ModCloth. Check out my cool retro suit designed by Esther Williams. I hate swimsuits, but I love this one.
This is my first purchase from ModCloth, but absolutely not my last. They have fun dresses, great accessories, and an awesome blog. And guess what? ModCloth is reasonably priced.
3. The Opening Credits for True Blood
The True Blood opening is one of the best intros to a television show ever. If not the best. The end.
4. FontBook for iPad
Do any of you geek out about font as much as I do? I love a good typeface more than a delicious Oregon Pinot Noir…usually.
If you have an iPad and you’re totally in love with typeface, you should buy FontBook. If you don’t have an iPad and you’re totally mad crushing on font, you should probably buy an iPad so you can buy FontBook.
I could just tell you how cool FontBook is. That it contains 110 type foundries and features over 620,000 specimens of typeface. That you can view fonts by name, style category, typographical subclassification, designer name, foundry name, year of publication, or by similarity of design. That you can save your favorite fonts and compare them. Or you can see for yourself.

5. GOING to the Altitude Design Summit
Remember last week when I was all, “Man, I wish I could go to Alt! How cool would that be?!?!” Well, guess what?
