Slurping Noodles in Seattle: Golden Singha

This week, I’m filling in the ________ (in Seattle) with “Slurping Noodles,” and I recommend slurping at Golden Singha in Belltown. This is the place that my friend Brooke confused for “Hella Thai” because of the restaurant’s URL. Remember?

There are mixed reviews on Yelp (3 1/2 out of 5 stars) and I’ve only been there once, but the Spring Rolls and the Golden Noodles (wide noodles, vegetables, yellow curry, tofu) were super yummy.

I can’t remember what Brooke ordered but she really liked her dish too. Maybe she’ll be nice and let us know via comment if she remembers what she had.

Take a look at the Phad Kee Moa. I did not eat this. Brooke did not eat this. Doesn’t it look delicious?

Note: Just in case you’re wondering, yes, I’m starving. Drew is making dinner while I’m writing this post. I’m mere seconds away from drooling more than my 11 month old son, thanks to these photos. No Thai food tonight. We’re having Field Roast Smoked Apple Sage vegetarian dogs and corn on the cob, in case you’re curious.
