First I was going to insert a video of the Mary Tyler Moore intro here. Then I realized that 1) the quality sucked, and 2) the Mary Tyler Moore theme song is not the one that goes, “There’s a new girl in town and she’s looking good! There’s a fresh freckled face in the neighborhood…”. That’s Alice.
I’m so confused.
Anyway, there’s a new girl in Seattle and her name is West Elm. It opened yesterday and it’s just a couple of blocks from my office, so my pal Georgia and I took a little break to check it out. I didn’t have my camera with me, but I managed to get some shots with my iPhone that you might enjoy.
P.S. I wish I could have gotten a better shot of the installation by Justin R. Lytle. It is pretty cool.
