Journeyman
My cute husband has been researching ways for us to cancel Comcast (which has just increased an absolutely RIDICULOUS amount since our one year discount is up), but still watch all of the shows that we love. As of now, Comcast is cancelled and now I’m going to have to figure out how to use the Roku.
During the research period, we subscribed to Hulu Plus and started watching season one (aka, the only season…sadness) of Journeyman. Have you guys seen this show? It’s freaking awesome!

The main character Dan (played by Grey’s Anatomy’s Kevin McKidd) suddenly begins to travel back in time and “track” different people until he helps them in some way. He also routinely bumps into his dead fiancé on these trips, much to his wife’s dismay.
The preview (and, frankly, my description) really doesn’t do the show justice. Trust me. If you’re a time travel geek like me (MODERN time travel…no prairie or weird-sci-fi-future-world-where-food-is-a-pill-and-we-dress-like-robots time travel, please), you’ll love it.
Adding People to My Etsy Circle
Etsy, as many of us know, is a mecca of cool. A cool mecca. Mega cool mecca. You get what I’m saying?
A lot of the pins that I click on lead to Etsy shops, which I love. It’s great to find out about new handmade jewelry, prints, and gift ideas. I’m planning to open my own Etsy shop this year, so I wanted to check out some of the features that they offer. I’ve been using favorites for a while, so this week I decided to try adding Etsians that I like to my circle. Now I can see what Etsy stores they like and what their favorite items are.
Here are some of my current Etsy faves that I’m planning to purchase from soon. Visit their shops and buy their stuff!

Erin Loechner and Design for Mankind
Erin’s Gorgeous Pinterest Profile Photo |
Erin Loechner is the creator of the super cool blog Design for Mankind and should probably be one of my BFFs. I love reading Erin’s MyKind posts, which are “all Erin, all the time” and feature things like photos she’s taken, outfits she’s wearing, stuff she’s working on, and what’s going on in her life.
You can also read Erin’s posts online at HGTV and, sigh, ReadyMade. I can’t believe that this magazine has folded. Please, someone tell me that the site and blog will continue on! Check out the feature on Erin and her husband’s home in the current issue of ReadyMade and on their blog.
And last, but certainly not least, you can follow her boards on Pinterest. C’mon. You know you want to be on Pinterest. All the cool kids are doing it. Just let me know if you want in and I’ll hook you up. :)
♥ Happy obsessing!
