I’m excited to share that three of my oil paintings were selected to be part of the Bemis Arts Spring Art Show!
The last time I went was in 2012…before I even started painting. I was in awe over the beautiful, open live/work artist lofts, and I loved discovering lots of new-to-me artists whose work lined the hallways of this historic Seattle building.
If you had told me then that my own art would be hanging in the building six years later, I wouldn’t have believed you.
But it’s true!
I’ll be showing three oil paintings from my ongoing series What Lies Beneath. This collection is brought forth from a journey through many layers below the surface, both physically and mentally. What we find when we go deeper, under landscapes, the sea, our human emotions, and our psychological motivations.
WHEN
Saturday, April 28, noon to 8 pm
Sunday, April 29, noon to 6 pm
I’ll definitely be there from noon to 3pm both days! Can’t promise later, but who knows?
WHERE
55 S. Atlantic St.
Seattle, WA 98134
I’ll be on the 3rd floor near Studio 301.
