How Do You Set Limits?

I had so much fun chatting with you guys about exercise last week that I decided to host another Facebook chat today!

You know how we’ve been talking a little about slowing things down, the distractions of social media, and how creative people want to DO ALL THE THINGS!? I just read this fantastic post by Tami Baribeau about how reading all the things stops you from doing any of the things.

So, here’s what we’re going to do. Take a look at Tami’s article, then meet me over here where I’ve posted a link to this blog post and let’s discuss it! I’m taking us to the genuineMIX page today because I think some of the small business people who “like” that page may get something out of this topic too.

Do you have “issues” with the internet? Are you pinning cakes more often that you bake or eat them? Let’s talk about how we can set interwebs limits for ourselves so we’re spending more time doing the things we love and trying to reach our goals instead of reading about them!

If you have friends that would be interested in this topic, invite them too! Talk to you soon. xo
