Nathaniel had a great day! This morning he loved painting with glue then adding colorful squares to black paper – such an artist! At circle we sang songs about pumpkins with the flannel board. Nathaniel loved pointing at the pumpkins and helping to count them. :) Out on the bunnyside he was very busy climbing across the “rock wall.” He almost needs no help at all! Fun. :)

Nathaniel loved finger painting this morning. He used a lot of purple, green, and yellow to cover his bubble name (and his arms and belly, silly goose). This afternoon Nathaniel “cooked” in the kitchen with I and C. Fun!

Nathaniel had a good day! This morning he asked for help to put on a cape and ended up wearing it the rest of the morning!
This week we are talking about doctors and our bodies. We filled up the sensory table with bandaids, gloves, cotton balls, and other doctor kit materials. Nathaniel’s favorite piece was the medical tape. He sat with A for ten minutes and put it over a bandage on my leg. :) They made sure it was very secure!

Nathaniel had a good day! We had lots of fun doctor things out again. Nathaniel got to put on a doctor coat and write “doctor notes.” He was really excited about the “chart” we had up to document height. :)
Another one of Nathaniel’s favorite activities was yoga! We put on rain music and did yoga. Every few minutes we would stop and talk about what we could hear. Nathaniel heard “fish” and “whales.”
Accident Report: “Nathaniel was twirling in a circle with a friend and lost his balance. He fell over and hit his forehead on a table.”

Nathaniel had a good day! He spend a lot of time playing with his friend I. We filled the sensory table with bars of soap and practiced washing our hands. Nathaniel had so much fun! He was over there for 20+ minutes squeezing the bar through his hands. :)

Teacher A’s Last Day Note: I have loved getting to know Nathaniel over the past year. He is one of a kind! He makes me laugh all day every day and has such a sweet heart toward his friends. I will miss his faces and his stories!

Nathaniel really loved painting a fire truck bright red today. He talked about what firemen do and who drives fire trucks – yay! On the playground, he mastered climbing up the slide. He was so proud! :)
Sometimes you just have to break out the Halloween costume on Saturday mornings.

Nathaniel had a fabulous day! He loved wearing hats and wiggling them off his head this morning. So silly! :) During circle time he picked a dog to put on the board during Old McDonald, then got super “muddy” driving cars through gray paint. Fun!

Nathaniel had a wonderful day! He was very helpful during clean up time. He helped clean things that he didn’t even play with. He also enjoyed lunch – he had lots of quesadillas!

Nathaniel had a blast on the playground. Mangos were a big hit at lunchtime today. He could have eaten the whole bowl!
