Nathaniel had a good day. His morning was a little fussy, but he was able to keep busy and play. He enjoyed climbing the loft and pointing out the window. We named lots of things outside. We saw cars, trees, birds, just to name a few.
Thursday, December 22
Nathaniel had a great day. We went on a winter walk around the track. He liked pointing at the black birds and seeing airplanes fly by. We looked at pictures of our friends and practiced saying their names.
Friday, December 23
Nathaniel had a good day. He played “Where’s my hand?” with the teacher. It was very very cute! He had lots of fun playing in the wooden boad on the bunnyside.
Note: Bunnyside=outdoor play area. “Where’s my hand?” is when he retracts his hand into his sleeve like it has disappeared.
On Friday’s note there was also a post-it that said, “I forgot to tell you about the ‘fart’ story. Ask Kathy to tell you! Very very funny!” Naturally, we HAD to know.
All of the kids were sitting against the wall getting their shoes put on so they could go outside. Nathaniel farted and it was so loud and strong that it rumbled across the floor. He was startled and kept looking around behind him, like where did that come from? I wish I could have seen that!
