There’s practically nothing more important to a commuter who takes the bus and walks to work than finding the perfect messenger bag. Especially if you live in a rainy city like Seattle. You have to keep those Apple products safe!
I almost geeked out back in January when I stumbled upon this cool messenger bag at Burnt Sugar and Frankie in Fremont. Totally cool store, by the way. It was kind of pricey, but it was also local and made from recycled materials, and I could support two local businesses by buying it. Plus/really I was just tired of my super cool but old Freitag bag that is inferior to this one in terms of protection from the elements, which is super important in Seattle. Purchase justified.
Luckily, one of my bestest gal pals ever, who is apparently good at making me feel like it’s okay to buy stuff, was visiting from Austin and shopping with me that day. I left the store without it, but after thinking it over and chatting with my pal, I realized that I needed the bag.
Anyway, I have no buyer’s remorse. I love it. It looks like Alchemy Goods has other cool stuff too. No, they’re not paying me – neither is Rhapsody or Apple, but maybe they should.
